1. Zero work-life balance. 2. Most reviews are fake, 80% of people were either resigned or they were fired. 3. CEO does not have any idea what he is going to do with this company. Work hours get extended till 9-9:30 PM almost everyday|| 6 days working and some of the Sundays are working too. 4. Lack of any structure and CEO changes the plan for his employees on an everyday basis. 5. They hire a lot of freshers and fire them without giving them their compensation within 1-2 months. 6. Constant nagging and pressure from the management. 7. It is a company that can teach you how to scam people. 8. Company Policy keeps on changing as per the management wish. 9. Unrealistic Targets. Meet the targets or get Half Salary at the month-end. 10. No Job Security
