We are not a company that only focuses on investors, but we are very transparent and therefore regularly share information about the company's financial figures etc. because we believe that the more transparent we are about the status of the company, the more we avoid misunderstandings, and the more our great employees feel informed and secure.
We comply with all local laws and regulations, for example, holidays, and have additional work life balance models in addition. This is stated in all agreements, pre-boarding, in our employee value proposition and in the recruitment process so that there can be no misunderstandings. We have clear models for all onsite, hybrid and remote roles, including an exciting work-from-anywhere concept.
We have several mechanisms in place that allow for a constant flow of employee feedback, including monthly team meetings with HR, quarterly anonymous engagement surveys and quarterly ONEtalk discussions with your manager. Here any concerns relating to transparency or benefits can be raised, including anonymously if you wish.
