The lack of onboarding was shocking. There is no structure or support, and then employees are blamed when things inevitably go wrong. Management creates a toxic environment where favoritism, intimidation, and constant disorganization are the norm.
The biggest issue, however, was leadership. The behavior from my leadership was deeply inappropriate and openly discriminatory, creating an environment that felt hostile and uncomfortable on a daily basis. Concerns raised to HR were completely ignored, making it painfully clear they exist to protect management, not employees.
Turnover is extremely high for a reason. Morale is nonexistent, communication is terrible, and employees are treated as disposable. There is no accountability from leadership and no interest in improving workplace culture. If you value professionalism, respect, or basic support in your job, look elsewhere.
