Pros

Great place to work if woke as you will get away with all sorts of behaviour

Cons

- Tech company with CEO who doesn't have clue about technology and distrusts software devs. - A completely clueless and directionless product organisation who think product management is about designing workflows. They are amateurish in every respect with no original thought in product innovation, reusing standard terms like smart this, smart that. Team is made up of inexperienced people. Loud mouthed, showy people seem to have currency due to favouritism and as a result get away with doing nothing, delivering nothing and finishing nothing. - Toxic culture fuelled by alcohol and with an extreme culture of excess, led by product clique supported by a diverse customer success party animals. - Share price in free fall

Pros

Great people, amazing product. Great working environment in cool office. Hardworking and trusting culture.

Cons

None really. Its a young business in the US (the UK parent is 9 years old) and with some tough deadlines - but that's a good thing!

Pros

Solutions offered cater to a very progressive and fast growing industry.

Cons

The experiences I will notate are mine and mine alone: 1) Management: my manager was callous, rude, and used her intimidation tactics to lead through fear. Have a question? Good luck- you will be degraded, dismissed, and thrown under the bus. She told me “work hard play hard” apparently play hard means treat your employees like garbage, Toxic drinking environment- you only fit in if you’re British, toxic, and alcoholic. 2) UK help desk: rude, dismissive, and unavailable. For those who were less tech savvy and ultimately wanted to help the client, they made us feel so looked down on and looked for ways to ignore client needs and make employees look incompetent. They then go to your supervisor who then rails into you and makes you uncomfortable asking questions. 3) leadership individuals: unethical, rude, callous, superficial. Would rather have a failed lobotomy than work for this company. 4) women in this company fail other women
