      -23 days PTO -wonderful people and culture -chance to travel to exciting places occasionally

      Cons

      -pay is way below average for the position -traveling 75% or sometimes 4 weeks in a row -low work life balance with the travel -high turnover

      Thanks for taking time to give us a review. The travel for our Implementation Team can be challenging and can be lots of fun, we’re continually trying to get the balance right.

      Pros

      Ability to travel to different parts of the United States and Canada.

      Cons

      ill client project preparation leads to terrible go-lives and onsites for implementation. Pay is non competitive and they took commission away.
