Pros

#sincere ambition to develop not only from a business perspective but as a team and company #it's encouraged to speak up your mind #career paths are not always laid out clearly but if you look to your left and right you can see the stories the finleap network has written so far #the colleagues are amazing! I love the energy with wich they get invested into finleap #steep learning curve #you get the management to list - but it takes a while and it helps if you find a way to make your need their need. #best idea wins - and you get out what you invest. aka probably not the best place for someone who wants to have a calm 9to5 job #you actually have an impact and are part of a big player in the fintech scene

Cons

#typical growth pains of a not so startuppy startup --> communication and transparency (what does it mean to which group of employees, push and pull communication..) #sometimes you can feel a gap between team and management this can be overcome if you speak up #the management team is too homogeneous #family friendliness is something you need to request (and then get) but it's not a yet a core value
