- Multicultural environment - Hybrid schedule -- only 3 days a week in office - Coworkers and management are cool - You really can be yourself at work -- whatever that looks like for you
Cons
- Not much opportunity for growth - 2 major layoffs less than a year apart - Feedback is not really blatant - Senior leadership cares more about "optics" vs actually doing what needs to be done to make employees feel supported. - Will not listen to employees who want to pivot within the company, so essentially, you are stuck in a box. - Creative team is overworked and understaffed - Compensation could be better.
