      Pros

      Discount, co workers and freedom of merchandising. This wants to type 20 words, my pros ended because this company has declined.

      Cons

      Mean girls move ahead, management expects you to force yourself on the customer. Upper management basically dresses you down for missing a sales day.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
