Pros
Great employee discount, fun and fashion forward product, diverse and loyal guests, intimate sales environment, bonuses, more "organic" and less "corporate" approach to retail. You have a 2-3 day timeframe to complete tasks. Signs are printed in store, etc.
Cons
Very non-competitive with pay which leads to high levels of turnover especially within management. This puts strain on the rest of the staff. Very little hours. Company has cut hours drastically within the past few years making it difficult to keep the guest a priority. I would say they are well below the industry standard for hours based on volume. Very high associate and staff service expectations for the pay and amount of tasking.
