I have been with Francesca's for two and a half years now. I started out as an associate and worked my way up to a key holder. I just interviewed for assistant manager, and should be finding out shortly if I got the position. *Fingers Crossed!* My experience at Francesca's has been great. Because each store is a little different, we have a lot of freedom in how we visually merchandise our store. This is one of my favorite aspects of the store because I get to express my creative side! I love that this company offers great incentives, like the bonuses we receive when we make plan for the month, and the gift cards we receive when we make stretch. We also receive a great employee discount.
