Pros
There's a great group of girls at every store (from what it seems like). The girls at my store have become my family and I hate to see them leave! Low turnover. The pay is fair. It has been a great experience so far. The discount is awesome as well.
Cons
The only downside is the hours. Corporate allocates how many hours each store may utilize for the week and it varies strongly so my hours sometimes vary anywhere from 15-30 per week. Unless you are a Boutique Manager you are not allowed to work 40 hours, which isn't a big deal. Monthly bonuses and rewards are available to stores that reach certain goals.
