Pros
Allow you to be creative with your visuals, each boutique receives different merchandise which makes each boutique unique in it's own way. Small team of staff so you are able to work with everyone. Since it's a small store closing up doesn't take to long so you're able to get out at a decent time. Can easily move up if you want to, it's a great company to start out in retail with.
Cons
No formal sort of training for most positions is given to new hires, extremely disorganized, poor communication and direction from corporate and management. Small team of staff is a con because if someone is sick or calls out you end up covering their shifts, no allocated hours to do visuals or markdowns before or after store hours-you're required to do these tasks during store hours while providing excellent customer service while alone on the sales floor. Company is growing very fast and opening lots of new stores but can't provide the best support for the stores they currently have.
