Cons
Headquarters doesn't reward the store managers or associates as often as they reward their own office, who work mon-fri, and don't have to sell anything. No bonus even if you miss your month even by a dollar. Constantly changing their merchandising direction without offering payroll to catch up so you have to give experience to clients and then redirect your entire store. If you turn an old store into a million dollar baby for the first time ever since it's open in its 8th year you will receive a chocolate bar for you and your team that probably quit before the chocolate arrives seeing as how they would pay minimum wage to all associates in store.
