Pros
Visual freedom was fun however cooperate was always changing their idea of how the store should look. Color blocked or trend blocked...
Cons
No work incentives except for manager. Was a keyholder and had to work 35+hour weeks and do tasks that were not in my job description and received no type of credit for it. Higher management doesn't care if you are overworked.
