Pros
You get a lot of say in the way you merchandise your store as long as you follow company rules. Hopefully you bond with other managers and get great support from each other. The merchandise is great to look at. Discount is also a plus! The size of the store is great not too big but not too small!
Cons
No room for advancement, unless some one quits! Raises are not given out fairly and are a joke! The company dose not pay well.No real feed back on your work performance, unless your not meeting goal! Due to the low salary the company offers its hard to maintain a good staff!
