People are fun, creative, whimsical and sometime quirky. You will be inspired around this group of people. They encourage open discussion and constructive feedback, which make hard conversations easy to proceed.
Cons
It's not very open when it comes to the company's critical strategy. I believed juniors can perform better and realize their potential given respect, a space, and just enough guidance, but not following the preference and established process of a senior. Sometimes it's difficult to work with so many talented yet distinctive people, as they all have their point view. But this could also be an upside.
