The team at Glomex is very supportive and fosters a collaborative work environment. I had the opportunity to work with modern tools such as Selenium, Pytest, and Jenkins, which helped me grow professionally. The tasks were challenging and encouraged continuous learning, and the management was always approachable and open to feedback

While the work environment was generally supportive, there were instances where documentation could have been more detailed. At times, expected results for new features were not strictly defined, which required additional effort to gather the necessary information. However, this also encouraged me to take initiative and collaborate closely with the team to clarify requirements
