Management - rude, abrasive, unprofessional. From the top down, management don't treat staff with respect. Saw multiple staff members reduced to tears. No HR department to turn to for support, just a choice of putting up with it or leaving, which most of the staff did. Staff retention rate is very low. Quantity over quality mentality.
