Great company and atmosphere! - Business Development helloU Employee Review

Had a great time working at helloU for 2 years - fun and hard working office environment. As my first employer after graduating, helloU set a very high benchmark in terms of office culture, work ethic and made/maintained a great relationship with the senior management. The MD is young and makes it very easy to approach him with any questions, reservations or help - which really catalysed my learning process and was pivotal in my success during my time there. He's incredibly innovative and is constantly looking for creative new projects/ideas, which were great to be a part of. Senior Management always promote staff based on a meritocracy and have no qualms in promoting young staff to senior positions. Would recommend working here to anyone.

Wish I'd have stayed there longer

Lovely atmosphere, great team, lots of opportunity for growth within the business. A small team, so you have a feel like your opinion is valued. There are whole-team lunches for birthdays, work anniversaries, new starters, leavers, big achievements and other occasions so you feel very included/appreciated. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. Apprentices/school leavers are treated equally, and like normal colleagues. Not expected to make coffees and get dry cleaning, or condescended. Oh, and not to mention a company-paid christmas do abroad, that's definitely a pro.

Quite long working hours. Also, if you're looking for somewhere you can take on little responsibility and not not be challenged, helloU isn't the place for you.
