The whole environment is very fun. It's hard work and you get to see your efforts coming to life and making a difference, what makes it even more worth it. During the day it's normal to grab a scooter and go talk to someone about a project, or shoot nerf guns while brainstorming, have jam sessions on the music corner, play video games, ping pong, pool, etc. The thing is that with everything being fun like that helps to keep the stress out and it's motivating to work on your projects because you see it's part of something big. You feel your work is appreciated and you get to collaborate with brilliant people, learning more each day.

Self discipline is a must have since you manage your time to get things done. Not a good place to work if you don’t know how to handle freedom - you won’t get micromanaged here.
