      Pros

      The open door policy here is the best when in employees have the freedom to talk to our India Head or any Business Head or HR Head without any apprehension. The re- org structure has brought across good changes. The segregation of work helps to focus on tasks and deliver with good accuracy. HR Team is very approachable.

      Cons

      Office should be in some tech park.

      Pros

      Management promotes trust, autonomy and accountability with its staff. There are many opportunities to try new roles, if wanted. Can really get good experience here. Great coworkers - feels like a family and not as corporate. Enjoyed working there and am still in contact with my ex-colleagues.

      Cons

      Nowhere is perfect. It's an SME, so don't expect exorbitant salaries, but you can learn a lot. There is high demand and expectations from the company, so you should be prepared for that.

      Pros

      People are friendly in the company, lots of passionate young people

      Cons

      the technology is not catching up with the market. Extremely high turn-over rate which affects service delivery and customer servicing. Management has no experience running a large operation with a few hundred staff, the compensation and benefits do not catch up with market.
