Rating: ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ My experience with i3systems left me deeply disappointed and compelled to share my story with those considering joining the company. During the recruitment process, I was enticed by the promise of a 100% remote position. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration. On my first day, I was unexpectedly asked to visit the office to collect an asset, which raised concerns about the company's commitment to remote work. The employment contract further revealed that I would be required to work six days a week, be available around the clock, and attend the office on specific days. These terms directly contradicted the initial understanding. When I sought clarification from HR, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of transparency. The CEO's response was particularly rude, suggesting a disregard for employee concerns. Such unprofessional conduct by the HR and leadership team was disheartening and indicative of deeper issues within the company's culture. I strongly caution potential employees to think twice before joining i3systems. The misleading remote work claims and disrespectful treatment I experienced highlight serious concerns about the company's integrity and commitment to work-life balance. It is crucial to carefully consider whether i3systems aligns with your values and career aspirations. Prioritize your well-being and find a company that values and supports its employees. Good luck in your job search and career journey. Sincerely, A Disheartened Job Seeker
