- Fast growing company
- Supportive and international colleagues
Cons
- Extremely stingy with equity - company worth $1.9 billion but can't even motivate its' employees with stock options
- Very few benefits except for health insurance (no cycle to work, classpass etc)
- Fully remote set up is lonely and alienating.
Great Companies allow their employees to make mistakes, figure things out, to get good at things, and solve problems without breaking their spirit and drive.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. I think it is great the way it is.
