Pros
1. Less work stress. Less projects to do. Actually, the management would accept a project and sleep over it. When deadline arrives, they will assign the project and expect you to build the entire system , within 2 days.
Cons
1. If you aren't lucky, here is how your joining would go at iBot. After your last round with the CEO, he will ask you to join without giving the offer letter. After joining and working for 2-4 weeks they'll give you your offer letter. Now, they do so because they want tomake sure that by this time you stop looking for job elsewhere and get comfortable here. When you'll get yor offer letter it will have a clause saying 'MINIMUM SERVICE PERIOD' which is nothing but a bond. DO NOT SIGN IT!!!!! Even if the CEO will say that you can leave anytie, you want, do not trust him. Everyone who signed it has been suffering. Well, even if they didn't sign, they are suffering but atleast you'll have a point to talk. Or, join this company and see for yourself. 2. They'll fire you when you will tell them that you want to resign. They will not give you anything. No documents. No experiece certificate. No letter. Nothing. Good luck getting a job elsewhere without a way to pass other company's verification. I am not able to leave this company because, they told ill fire me without documents, if I'll resign. I am getting very good offers but the companies are asking for documents for verifictaion. 3. Poor hikes. Poor salary. 4. No heirarchy. 5. Poor professional environment. 6. They trick people. 7. You won't have much proof to convince anyone that you are a part of the company. Your offer letter would have a different company name while salary would come from different name on the bank statement. You won't get a employee id or identity card. I don't know why they do so. 8. No perks. No allowances. No free foods. No over time allowances. No night shift allowances.
