      Students are AMAZING Staff is AMAZING

      Cons

      Horrible CEO/founder Late pay, over 8 times in 3 years. History of bounced checks and weird wire transfers for pay. CEO blames DOE for not funding school. IRS and SSA issues because the school never filed taxes for me (per IRS)

      -More structured communication from supervisors and clearer expectations -Students-first culture is present with proper support mechanisms in place -Improvements in training and professional development opportunities (many view this as a stepping stone position which is fine)

      Cons

      -Scheduling changes can be chaotic and last minute -Would love greater focus on research and innovation within the space and play a greater role in that

      In BK, the team is very strong, student-focused, and everyone goes above and beyond to support the students and each other.

      Cons

      Pay is often late, there has also been issues with people's taxes. A lot of shady stuff from the CEO
