Time off and holidays. Compensation equals the industry average for the area. Not above the average, right at the average.
Cons
Dog eat dog atmosphere which management encourages, no recognition for a job well done, employees who are buddies with management receive special treatment whether or not they do their job well. Management runs on a do what I say not what I do theory.
