      Pros

      Excellent manager level support, wonderful team rapport, friendly company culture and very cool office headquarters. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Restructuring and riffs almost feel routine at this point, frequent role responsibility shifts, not the most competitive pay in the market whatsoever, CSMs are on the front lines of most customer issues despite not being the ones who can solve them.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
