      --i would like a more competitive 401k plan --better defined career paths for all jobs, granted she groups so this better than others

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
