3yThank you for sharing your feedback with us. Our sales leadership works hard to ensure that our territories provide ample opportunity and the ability to focus on key priorities. We've added many new processes and systems this year to help our sales team manage their territories in the most effective manner. We're also happy to share that we've invested a great deal in training with new trainings available internally along with product certification programs. We even have training from our customer 0 team about how we use our products to attract, engage, hire, and advance our own winning workforce! As the head of TA, I can confirm that we do not incentivize any new hire to leave a review during onboarding. We do provide a link to our Glassdoor interview review area to provide an optional review about the interview experience, specifically. We do not track this, require completion, or provide an incentive for completion. This process was somewhat different 2+ years ago and has since been changed.
