Super Highly Mismanaged Higher Management, Lack of Trust on Employees, The CEO just listens to what his Management Team says. Specially the Lady who thinks she is the Whole n Soul for the Company. Has no clue about the Industry but acts as if she has all the super knowledge about Consulting Industry. If at all the company would be screwed in the future, there will be only two people to be blamed for. That is the CEO and the Lady who acts as the Super Boss. IF SOME WANT'S TO JOIN THIS COMPANY, I'd SAY WAIT FOR FEW MORE DAYS AND LOOKOUT FOR A BETTER COMPANY RATHER THAN JOINING THIS OFFICE.
