      Opportunities to rub shoulders with influences & other outdoor company reps. Really cool products and company mission.

      Cons

      Extremely bad management/communication. Lots of gossip between employees, discrimination, "climb the ladder" mentality.

      iKamper USA is a great company with growth opportunities, independent work positions, good benefits healthy office culture, and a perfect work/life balance.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of - unless you are not an independent worker then you will struggle in the environment.
