if you are impressed by what they portray you need to know this.....Its a great place for people who have low self confidence, like to be a pet, lack virtues in life, and have no or little life goals. If you don't have a family life, if you don't have friends and like a life full of show off without actual substance this place is absolutely for you. If you love employee manipulation and are a habitual hypocrite you can consider this place a heaven.
Cons
Your designation is not your its as per what they want you to do. They dont practice the culture of professionalism or team work. its every one for himself and ego is the key motivator.
if you are working in this company you compromise your career to such a degree that they have the audacity to give negative reviews for an employees. While calling it a truce on your face. they are spine less and manipulative to the core.
no enhancement in salaries. As most of it goes in pampering themselves. Whos gona pay for those lavish world tours bud.
They will always remind you how they pay you the 3rd class salary that they do. and its such an ehsan.
Not at all a good place to work please look for a real MNC. cause all youll find here is corporate dictatorship with mind less capitalism.
