Small business, so there is feeling of collective work and everyone working as a team to achieve their goals.

Due to the fact that it is a family owned, family run business, there is an informality with the communication from management which can make day to day tasks difficult if management approval is needed.

Great experience, met a lot of awesome people. Company was growing when I left.

Sold to new owners, so TBD on that front.
