Pros

No heavy lifting. You get a lot of free phone cases.

Cons

Literally everything else. In short: STAY AWAY FROM iMOBILE. Dishonest practices extend to customers and employees alike, it’s the company culture. You lie to customers to get commissions, then they lie to you about said commissions. After their math, $1000 commission turns into $250 on your check. It’s probably why there’s a parade of district and store managers. You’ll be asked to work off the clock, you’ll be asked to stay late and come in early, you’ll be lied to about incentives (Sell X amount of our homemade product and get Y... but Y never comes.) you’ll find that your 60 hour check has no overtime. Then to top it off, there’s like four positions in the company so you’re pretty much at a dead end if you don’t want to become a depressed store manager being forced to make fake Glassdoor reviews under threat of termination. They tend to come to you and ask you to do illegal or dishonest things like work off the clock or add things to customers accts and say “Well if you can’t do this then decisions will be made” An offer you can’t refuse I guess..

Pros

Pay was better than being a regular sales associate and that's pretty much it.

Cons

Expected to work 50-60+ hour weeks, consistently was pressured to push predatory sales tactics, while also having to deal with unfair commission structures. Constant staffing issues and never had much help getting more people hired. Most concerns fell on deaf ears and I was told to work even harder than I was already working from upper management.
