Pros

1. You will learn how to become a proper slave for the company 2. You are a new employee and fresh graduate? No problem they will provide 0 training and immediately give 438 bugs to fix and yell at you if you make a newbie mistake. 3. The work life balance is so balanced here that you will have 12 hours of work and 12 hours of rest everyday including weekend and public holiday. What else can you ask for? 4. The appraisal system here is so amazing that even-though you are appraising for last year, the team lead and project manager will still score you based on this year performance.

Cons

1. The amount of work here will put Pharaoh to shame when he is building the pyramid. 2. Appraisal on April, salary adjustment on August and promised bonus on September (which is paid on December). 3. The management spouts so much lies and nonsense that I thought I was in political party. 4. Hiring is so bad that they hired the worst possible seniors, team leaders and project managers possible. 5. Now they are hiring bunch of fresh grads and interns and celebrate each and every single one of their birthday in hope that they will become slave forever. 6. From 100 seniors / team leads that they hired, you will only get 2 that are great. 7. Hugging so much on old technologies and retarded systems. 8. Can't say no to the clients even-though the requirements are retarded and completely wrong. (e.g. Putting entire business into one app that have 30 minutes compilation time on debug mode.) 9. Why are you still reading this? Even satan won't consider this company for punishment. 10. The employees that called this company 'good' or 'not bad' are either retarded, never been on a better company or just someone that is too scared to voice out their thought.

Pros

• You will learn a lot as an intern even for experienced programmer. • Higher pay compared to other companies. • They treat you like real employee. • Chances to be promoted to permanent is quite high. • WFH every Tuesday.

Cons

• Some tasks could be too difficult to handle (you can still ask the supervisor if they are not busy) and can cause a lot of stress. • Daily meetings cause daily anxiety attack.
