Beautiful work, great clients to build your portfolio and nice people

Not a stable agency to work at, lots of ups and downs

It was my first job out of college so of course I was grateful for the work opportunity. I also really liked a lot of my colleagues. It seemed like the years I was there, the people I worked with were all more or less decent and talented people.

The problems mostly revolved around upper management. The agency kind of lives/dies according to what the senior leaders decide, and their (oftentimes) poor decisions impact the rest of us in negative ways.
