Excellent Team Atmosphere - Anonymous employee iNPUT-ACE Employee Review

iNPUT-ACE is filled with some of the smartest people I have ever met. There are great options for internal growth everywhere and the company tends to promote from within. I've never had requests for personal leave denied, and leadership is always willing to take new ideas so I feel very involved with the company's direction.

Leadership has a lot going on. The company has grown quickly, and while many communication improvements have occurred over the past year, the company is at an inflection point and likely needs some additional experienced hires in management roles.

iNPUT ACE is a specialized company working with mostly government agencies (police, sheriff, DA's, etc). The management team knows the technology is unique and is aware of the learning curve involved. The internal environment is very supportive and customers have a real need for the software. The awareness of iNPUT ACE is picking up and the growth is about to explode!

being a small company, everyone wears multiple hats. It can take time to get a minor request / question dealt with due to limited bandwidth. (you will always get help with anything that is a priority). Internal communications is lacking a little The company culture is still a "work in progress" with an expanding team there will be a lot of changes
