Small company ready for huge growth - Account Executive iNPUT-ACE Employee Review

iNPUT-ACE is filled with some of the smartest people I have ever met. There are great options for internal growth everywhere and the company tends to promote from within. I've never had requests for personal leave denied, and leadership is always willing to take new ideas so I feel very involved with the company's direction.

Leadership has a lot going on. The company has grown quickly, and while many communication improvements have occurred over the past year, the company is at an inflection point and likely needs some additional experienced hires in management roles.

Everyone at iNPUT-ACE is great to work with, very collaborative environment where I never feel like I can't ask for assistance. Management does a great job of playing off the strengths of each individual at the company to allow each individual to grow into the tasks they enjoy. Very well established in the field of Forensic Video Analysis makes selling and supporting the iNPUT-ACE software a breeze. Management is focused on growth and expanding to different verticals and is committed to investing in the company and its employees.

No cons, work environment is delightful and colleagues make coming to work enjoyable.
