Pros

I was with this company from September 2012 to February 2018, and I am fortunate to say I was associated with this company from very early on. Here are the highlights working here: - You feel like a member of a family working here and they promote a strong and healthy work/life balance. - The team is very close and everyone supports each other; no one is too big or small to provide support for a given project or task. - Anthony shows an undeniable passion for the company, to the point where it becomes infectious and makes you strive to reach his level. - Dorota actively and genuinely looks after the state of the team and will provide support whenever and wherever needed. - The Principle Engineer who builds iOPW's solutions is a forward-thinking genius, who is able to create solutions to meet a customer's needs.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about this company. My time here really felt like a career versus a job collecting paychecks.

Pros

the office is pretty, the parking is free.

Cons

NIGHTMARE. Hired me without knowing what they wanted me to work on. Zero job description. Zero deliverables. Considered 25$ an hour to be Big Money (lol wut). Zero management structure or accountability. management has this big vision that is incomprehensible, their partner who runs the place, disagrees on most of it and has separate plans. It was not a joy to try to figure out what the heck i was supposed to accomplish, and whose vision i was supposed to follow. I sat at my desk for days with nothing to do, and nobody to ask. Their definition of content marketing is horrendous- they don't believe in SEO, and don't 'believe' in Google. Their site design services are mid 90s. management had me stuck in a 2 hour (!!) long ranting monologue about their rise to amazingness and grand vision as a way to try to convince me to stay. Sometimes i wondered if i was stuck in a Hollywood B-movie and maybe it was all just a joke. Sadly, it was not. Buyer beware- this place has zero stability.
