Pros
Great benefits, cheap insurance, 50% 401k match Very smart and cooperative staff/coworkers Would recommend iProspect to anyone Remote, but option to go into offices in some major cities So many people are there for 10+ years which is a great indication of employee satisfaction
Cons
Within one year there has been a hiring freeze. This is a great way to lose talent (and in fact they do!). There is this "always-on" mentality during working hours and it can be more stressful to work, and everyone is definitely more productive than they would be in-person (good for the company, not great for the workers who get burnt out in their own homes). Leadership wants to hear praise and validation more than improving on flaws, but it's not so bad.
