Even though changes take too long to happen, the company always does end up making good decisions on strategy or people. Overall very good company to work for that will give you cool and unique experiences. Products get better by the day.

Pay is good if you negotiate upfront

The self managing approach doesn't work. The idea of someone lower has the ability to reach out and speak to someone higher up and get results fails miserably. Higher ups often ignore questions and request even though they are supposed to respect employees at all levels. Well they don't.
