Pros

Takes a long time but you do get raises which adds up over time. IF you perform well. But I feel like they sometimes mark off just to keep you from earning too much

Cons

My biggest issue is the back to back calls can be mentally exhausting, or being on phones all day with no breaks to do other things. I tried so hard to get promoted but it feels like they rather just have you on phones cause no one else wants to do, it seems unfair and a lot of work that people avoid. It feels like you're slave, or robot, and you're just stuck doing the same things all the time. It's tiring and effects my mental health, I feel drained spiritually and emotionally. It also feels like a crime to use PTO if you have it, even if you use the 6 days of your sick days which is not enough, but then my PTO piles up cause my requests for days off gets denied and then I get punished for calling out

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
