      Pros

      In oldRMS, there is a history of inclusion that we can encourage one another with in our present and future.

      Cons

      The downsizing of oldRMS when combining of resources occurs. Especially when employees who have dedicated their life here, are gone.

      Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

      Cons

      Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
