Pros
There are so many positive things I can say about this company. Previously to iRecon Marketing, I was an Agency Recruiter for just about 6 years. I found this experience to be an amazing place to make an impact, grow into my position, and really be around marketers that reinvigorated my job as a Recruiter.
The people here are very positive, no micromanagement, and if you have a passion for marketing and growing with a solid company this is the best in LA in my opinion.
Every Tuesday they offer lunch which is a great perk, total growth environment, and eCommerce is not going anywhere soon and the marketers here are not only a pleasure to work with, they do an amazing job.
The culture is all about being effective, being efficient, and getting the work done. There are no egos, just people passionate about there jobs and making impact. I really enjoyed working here, and the only reason I left to move back to Northern California where i'm from.
Cons
Like any mid-size company, there are growing pains in the process. That being said they have hired VP's of Multi-Billion Dollar companies with a track record of success to implement strategies and scale on a massive level.
