Pros
I was looking for a Startup atmosphere in the software space and found iRely. The only difference is they are a 30 year old start up. I like the amount of opportunity that is available to succeed and really make a difference. The organization is still very flat which makes it super easy to interact with the Executives. The iRely software is also cutting edge and very exciting to work with and our customers love it.
Cons
As with all startups, there is not as much direction as an established company (I actually like this as it allows for creativity). Your actions also have much larger consequences both in a positive or negative direction.
