      Fellow employees are great. Work culture is fantastic. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Heavy handed leadership. Confusing and often contradictory plans put forth by the executive team. Operational employees voices aren't heard.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
