Cons
The work-life balance is poor. The company's planning is consistently disorganized, and resources are often insufficient to meet tight deadlines. I also find that the work culture at iRibot is not particularly positive. The lack of work-life balance and poor planning can lead to a stressful environment. I hope that the company can address these issues and work towards creating a more supportive and productive work
