Little to no time off, promotions and raises are promised and never delivered. No clear management structure leads to reporting to multiple people, each with their own priorities. Expects employees to work overtime, but refused to pay hourly employees for overtime. Refused to pay employees for first two weeks as a "trial period", despite employees actually working during that time.
