Pros

- Payments always on time. - Support for learning initiatives and clear compensation for development. - General effort to promote physical well-being (though mental health support was lacking)

Cons

- Micromanagement and lack of trust from the CEO — even toward senior specialists, including cases where performance data clearly showed the specialist was doing an excellent job - Use of T-Metric (with screenshot tracking) felt intrusive, especially without separate work equipment - Unrealistic expectation to respond within minutes and tolerate frequent random calls - Work-life balance not just neglected — often openly discouraged - Feedback often delivered in a passive-aggressive or unconstructive way - High performers’ input frequently ignored in top-down decisions - Employee feedback surveys lacked follow-up or visible action - Leadership structure unclear — direct manager vs. final decision-maker often blurred in responsibilities and accountability

Pros

iSpeedToLead is built for people who want to win. Compensation is well above market, bonuses are unlimited, and the product is solid — delivering real value instead of relying on hype or outside funding to mask mediocrity. The company is profitable, constantly evolving, and continues to grow at a fast pace. For high-performers, this is the best environment you could ask for: fast-moving, no ceiling on earnings, and a culture that rewards execution over politics. Your results directly impact the business, and you’re surrounded by teammates who are equally driven. Support and training are exceptional. Continuous learning is strongly encouraged, with resources always available. Management invests heavily in development and is accessible — even on weekends — to coach, answer questions, and push the team forward. If you’re serious about growth and results, iSpeedToLead is a career-defining opportunity.

Cons

If you’re a low-performer, this will be the worst company for you. There’s no room to coast, no “easy chair” jobs, and no tolerance for excuses. Accountability is high & transparency is real.

Pros

Some coworkers genuinely care and want to do right by customers. If you're scrappy, self-taught, and used to chaos, you might survive here long enough to pad your resume. Early morning flexibility if you're a night owl or early riser.

Cons

Leadership is obsessed with sales growth but has no understanding (or respect) for support, operations, or customer success. Systemic refusal to onboard, educate, or empower leaders brought in to "fix" problems. Constant shifting of priorities without documentation, training, or alignment. Blame culture from the executive level down – expect public callouts and no ownership from leadership when things go sideways. Toxic refusal to invest in backend systems needed for sustainable scale (think: duct tape solutions and then blame when they fail). Gaslighting: Issues you raise will be minimized, denied, or twisted back onto you. Career development? Nonexistent. You are there to solve problems they caused and absorb their fallout.
