Pros
5/5. This company is the most innovative, hard working, fun place to work. It's a great atmosphere of work hard, play hard - with endless opportunities for professional development and extracurricular fun. The CEO genuinely cares personally about each employee and makes the effort to connect on a 1 to 1 basis, team leaders and directors are compassionate and understanding in the face of all challenges, ISL supports and communicates you in your hardest times (as someone who got pretty sick while still working here... I know!), and they give you the tools to grow in the ways you are meant to through honest and open dialogues with direct reports. I couldn't imagine a more supportive environment from a growing agency that does so many different things and has such diverse work and clients. The work can be demanding, but it's incredibly rewarding. You get what you give here, 1000%.
Cons
Not enough skateboards. Could use another dog or two in the office. 5 per day is not enough. Bring on the puppies. The tennis team is getting a little rusty I hear. Generally, I can't think of a single negative in my role or at this company.
